Email attachments cap out fast. For large artwork — full-resolution PDFs, vehicle wrap files, multi-page catalogues — use our FTP server instead.

Always tell us when you've uploaded
The FTP server doesn't notify us automatically. After uploading, email sales@graphprint.ca with your name, company and the filename so we know the job is waiting.
How to upload — step by step
- Install an FTP client. FileZilla is free and works on Windows, Mac and Linux. Windows File Explorer and Mac Finder can also connect to FTP without extra software.
- Enter the connection details. Host ftp.graphprint.ca, port 21, plus the username and password we've sent you.
- Connect. In FileZilla, fill the Quickconnect bar at the top and press Quickconnect.
- Drag your files across. The left panel is your computer, the right panel is our server — drag from left to right.
- Wait for the transfer to finish. Large files can take a while; don't close the client until the queue is empty.
- Email us. Send a quick note to sales@graphprint.ca with your name and the filename.
Preparing files for print
A few things that save time on both sides:
- Send print-ready PDFs where possible, with fonts embedded or outlined.
- Include 3mm bleed on anything that prints to the edge.
- Use CMYK colour for print work, not RGB.
- Keep images at 300 dpi at final print size.
- Zip multi-file projects into a single archive before uploading.
Not sure whether a file is ready? Send it anyway — we check every file for resolution, bleed and colour before anything goes to press, and we'll tell you if something needs adjusting.
Smaller files?
If your artwork is under about 20 MB, it's usually quicker to just email it to sales@graphprint.ca — no FTP needed.
